| The ground
floor consists of a large entrance hall, a family room,
a drawing room, a live-in kitchen, a bedroom suite, a study
that can double up as a bedroom, a conservatory.

The drawing room with an area of 45m2 is equipped
with several comfortable settees and armchairs, a grand piano,
a hi-fi set. Cool in the summer, it is warm and cosy in the
winter thanks to its fireplace.



The family room
is equipped with a comfortable settee and chairs and a TV set
with satellite connection giving access to numerous channels
in many different languages.



The large and luxurious
kitchen –floor area of 30m2- is equipped
to double as a cosy dining room. A number of wooden cabinets
provide storage for all utensils, plates, glasses, as well as
display space for old china and pots. A large working fireplace
adds to the warmth in the colder months.
Cooking is done on the stove. In the pantry, the American fridge
provides cooling space and a deep freeze compartment. Equipment
includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble
dryer. Three sinks provide enough washing capability for all
purposes.



Green suite
It is equipped with a queen-size bed, numerous closets. It has
an en-suite marble shower room with shower and WC, which is
accessible from the entrance hall and is used also as a visitors
cloakroom.


Study
A lovely room with 18th century-like frescoes, it is used as
a study with desk and chairs. It can be equipped as a comfortable
bedroom to accommodate a ninth guest.


Conservatory
It is a large glass-enclosed area equiped with a dining table
and chairs. It can be used for meals in the Autumn and Spring
months when the sun shines but the temperature is too low to
remain outdoors. It is otherwise too warm in the summer and
too cold in the winter for regular use.


The drawing room, kitchen and study have French doors leading
onto the terrace.
