Bastide des Fontaines can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.

The high season extends from June 15 to August 31. Rental is on the basis of Euros 7,500 per week.

The mid-season includes the periods from 1 May to 15 June and from the 1st of September to 31 October as well as the two weeks including Christmas and the New Year’s day. Rental is on the basis of Euros 6,000 per week.

Outside those periods (low season), rental is on the basis of Euros 5,350 per week.

For rental periods extending over several months, specific terms will be quoted upon request.

The above prices include the provision of utilities on a reasonable basis for power, satellite TV and pool maintenance from 1 May to 30 September. Telephone calls will be payable at the end of the stay. A deposit for damages will be asked upon rental confirmation.

Guests will be greeted upon arrival and be shown around the house and the park.

A cleaning lady will be on duty for three hours every working day. Upon request, the services of a Chef can also be made available.
